10 on a scale of 10 We were very impressed and pleased with this large well decorated rental. The kitchen was bar none the best equipped. There were 2 large pots suitable for anything one would want to cook. My husband brought his Entire set of chef knives but put them away once we discovered a drawer filled with an impressive set of knives. Additionally there were additional items like a pastry brush, a zester, a blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, mixer, instant pot pressure cooker, air fryer, lots of placemats and enough silverware for a very large group! Additionally it was a pleasure to find an array of spices, zip lock bags, foil, sugar, coffee, dish soaps, sponges, etc. Everyone of the 4 bathrooms had soft soap dispensers at each sink and liquid soap on the showers. We had a fun time competing with ping pong, foos ball, darts, and corn hole. The Hot tube/ Jacuzzi was clean and easy to use. The outdoor fire pit which was a wonderful way for us to visit each nite!

Beware! No power! You’ll be renting a very expensive quirky property and dealing with an inconsiderate unreasonable host corporation. After you book, they will immediately send you an additional 20+ page contract with ridiculously one sided provisions no lawyer would advise you to sign. Then they’ll tell you they will cancel you (even though you can’t cancel within 60 DAYS) if you don’t sign. We didn’t sign and wished they would cancel us but no such luck. When you have NO POWER for half your stay 18 hrs your problem/no refund of any kind. Apparently this out of the way neighborhood has frequent power outages and this place has no generator even though they must be aware of the problem because we could hear generators throughout the neighborhood. One nice person working for the host did handle a computer forgotten while packing the dark. Other than that-it’s been a horrible experience! We stay at airbnbs several times per year. Thinking twice since luxury hotel prices are comparable.

What an amazing place we stayed at for our spring break trip! We had three families with six adults and eight kids who all had a great time. The kids and adults had their own space as the adults stayed upstairs on the main floor and the kids were downstairs, playing ping-pong, foosball, watching TV and enjoying themselves. The inside and outside fireplaces worked great, it was very cold, so we used them every day. The views were spectacular on the back deck, we watched the sunset every day with a cocktail around the fire pit. Getting to downtown Hendersonville was very easy, although I did use GPS every time because I am from Florida and not used to all these winding and hilly roads. The Yonder team was very helpful when I called having a couple questions. I would highly recommend high Society for families and vacationers.
