Daniel’s place is the best! Walkable to pretty much everything! It’s close enough to the beach but tucked away from the noise. His home is well designed and charming. It is rare to find a place in Santa Monica with a private yard. It made for a great place to get work done during the day. Daniel was a great host and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful month long stay at Daniels place. The bungalow is cozy and comfortable and the backyard is perfect. We loved taking our pup on walks to the beach daily. Daniel is also an amazing host, incredibly communicative. We would love to stay here again!

Thanks, Daniel for an incredible two month stay! Your place is amazing! Home away from home. Your 1930's Bungalow is a real gem. Great for one or two visiting professionals or a couple. Super comfy, quiet, beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with everything to cook or entertain, on-demand hot water (best!), super fast internet, the garden is stunning- literally, another room in the house, the redwood is stoic, the parking abundant and easy - thanks for the visitors pass btw, running trails, bike paths (love the beach cruisers at house), hiking, dog parks, gyms, pilates, yoga, great restos (Crudo y Nudo, Gjusta, Rose Cafe, Groundworks coffee to name a few) Third Street Promenade for shopping, all walking, short drive, bike or electro biking distance away. LOVED our stay! Thank you so much. You are a brilliant and attentive, Host. Excellent communication, but most of all, you have a true sense of how to make an Airbnb stay memorable for all the right reasons. All best, RB +Lola

I was about giving this place 3-4 stars, but I am giving 5 stars mostly because of the host (Daniel) and his amazing hospitality. I was in this place for a bout 40 days. I am a single professional, working remotely. Below is a summary of my stay. Cons: -great location. Not closest to Santa Monica Pier. but 10 minute far from ocean. -Very Clean -Great Host. Daniel is very supportive. He prepared me a list of areas to look to purchase/rent a place to live after my stay there. -Private backyard. -Nice set of accessories, tools and kitchen stuff. Pros: -It's a multi unit in one lot. So basically there are 4 units in one lot. very compact. -It's a very small place. Not sure if it's even big enough for even two people. -The place doesn't have a private entrance. It shares a corridor for other units till you reach the unit's gate. -The place is surrounded by walls, so it gets dark very soon. Except bedroom, other windows are facing to neighbor walls. -It doesnt have a dedicated parking spot, so you should park your car in the street. Usually there spots, but you should remember to not park on sides of the street on Mondays and Tuesdays. I got two tickets, each $70 because I simply forgot two nights to move my car to the other side of street. This was frustrating. -Daniel is very caring. He is an extremely supportive person. However I found the place a bit overprice. With a bit lower price, this place is a great pick for one person or a group of two people.

Immaculate and charming space.! The outdoor yard was amazing and the location was perfect. Daniel was a phenomenal host & really went above & beyond to make it a special stay. Hope to stay with you again! So many thanks, Ellise
