Primo viaggio in Jamaica, reso meraviglioso da questa struttura e dalla famiglia di Kwao che ci ha accudito, come se fossimo noi stessi della famiglia! Abbiamo vissuto la VERA Jamaica, nella comunità di Strawberry Field! Amici, pace e serenità. La casa era in una posizione veramente magnifica. La strada per arrivarci è insidiosa di buche, ma la fatica vale veramente il viaggio. Consiglio di noleggiare un suv. Tutto estremamente magnifico.

We decide we wanted a peaceful start to the New Year and decided to stay with Bruce. He and his team went above and beyond to accommodate our ever changing schedule and quickly responded to any queries we had. I look forward to our next visit because we are 100% there will be another.

We spent Christmas holidays at the well-appointed ocean-front property that made our time memorable. We watched the vicissitudes of the sea’s mood with shades drawn and listened to the attendant reverberations. The ambience made our experience enjoyable and restful. Getting to the villa was challenging due to the poor roadways; sedans can make it, but SUVs & pickup trucks highly recommended. It was pretty daunting in light of our late-night arrival & torrential rain! However, Agape & Kwao were exceptionally accommodating and guided us very late hour we got there. The super friendly Kwao, Agape, Quashiba & Grace team was responsive to our every request & concern to ensure we were comfortable. We recommend shopping for food items before occupancy as the nearest supermarkets in Annotto are limited. Special commendation to our cook, Quashiba, who prepared delightful Jamaican dishes & displayed a pleasant demeanour. It was a beautiful getaway for our Christmas & we enjoyed it

We had an amazing time at the lookout! The area is remote and serene with beautiful bay and ocean views. This is the "off the beaten" path vacation we were looking for, about 3 hours from Montego Bay or Kingston, with nearby towns for shopping. The road in is about 6km and pretty rough as the pavement has broken up and disappeared over the years. Within walking distance Lighty's Cook Shoppe (the juice shop outside of the village) and a small haberdashery with sundry dry goods. Lighty is an amazing cook, we had some of the best fried chicken and curry fish there. You will definitely want to do shopping on the way in. We found all of the locals to be genuinely nice people and very helpful. The neighbor and co-host, Grace, was super responsive. It is difficult to swim at the house, the beach is very small and surrounded by volcanic rock. On the road in is the community beach for Robin's Bay. We drove several hours east to day trip to Winnifred beach which was super relaxing.
