The new Sunset Amphitheater, opening in August 2024, is just 15 minutes away. The cottage is located on the back side of a one acre mountain treed property. Lindsay lives in the main house on the property with her son and her housemate Courtney. The cottage is set 100 feet from the back of the main house and has ample parking, trees and amphitheater style lawn. Privacy is important to us and we recommend viewing the outdoor pictures of different views from the cottage and hot tub for a better understanding of the layout of the property.
