this was a fantastic base for a show at Resorts World. the bonus of the back garden (being a suntrap all day) meant the dog and kids had the space to run around and burn off energy. we were blessed with the weather. the whole house was clean and fresh. the only disadvantage which I already knew about was no stairgate to stop animals from getting upstairs. but a well placed suitcase served as enough of a deterrent for our dog. plenty of space on the road to park the car. not disturbed at all be the regular planes going over - got used to pretty quickly actually and the boys even made a game of choosing a brand and seeing who's plane went over the most times. all in all, if you need any easy, overnight base for a trip to the NEC it's a fab little stay. ps. hubby gives the shower 5* as he loves the rainfall shower
