Firstly, just getting into the place was a pain. The flat is around a coner behind the building, with another door marked FLAT 2 for extra confusion. We were banging on the wrong door for a while before I explored the corner which just looked like where all the bins are stored. Speaking of bins, no bin in the flat, which was absurd. Had to collect all the rubbish up in a carrier bag and throw it in the bin outside. Very inconvenient. The TV did not work properly. Tried to watch some stuff on Youtube but the TV kept switching back to Home Page setting by itself. The cheeky intro message asked if I could clean up after myself, including washing dishes, changing bedsheets etc. What on earth am I paying a cleaning charge for then?? Ridiculous! Best of all, my girlfriend needed to use the hair dryer which is listed in the amenities. There was NO hair dryer at all, and Lee didn't respond to ANY of my 6 messages. She was NOT happy, and neither am I. I feel stupid for paying this much.
