We found the accommodation generally good and enjoyed our stay here. Positives included: - Well-equipped house in mostly good condition - Location (there is plenty to do in the area for families with children) - Very comfortable beds - Onsite parking (although pulling out onto the road can be difficult due to traffic and parked cars limiting visibility) - Good space (the room on the top floor was ideal for us with our baby in a travel cot as he didn’t disturb our friends on the floor below when waking up during the night) A couple of negatives for us: - Some of the maintenance work done around the house was a bit shoddy - The upstairs bathroom has low sloping ceilings (using and getting out of the shower is difficult if you’re a taller person!) Note: Nearly two weeks after checking out, we are yet to receive our security deposit back. This has now been initiated but communication over this has been lacking and it has taken longer than we were told to expect.

So we booked Jan place while working in the area It was great for us 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Large outdoor space and private parking Supermarkets 5 mins drive some local pubs the same and was only ten minutes from the job We would def stay here again and would recommend to everyone Thanks Jan

It was a great experience and very clean house

Had a great last minute stay here for Easter weekend. The house is well laid out and clean. The kitchen has plenty of plates, cups etc and a dishwasher and washing machine. The beds were all really comfortable, everyone slept well. WiFi works well. The garden is much bigger than it looks on the photos and was really good for the kids to run around in. We didn’t find all that much to do in the immediate area but drove to Bournemouth beach in about 10-15 mins. Jan was a very responsive and helpful host
