Nicole was a wonderful host and the house was perfect for our graduation weekend. Excellent communication & very accommodating, including for a few special requests, and when we forgot some items! Cute older, updated house w/cute yard and carport; worked well for our needs with 2 families with 2 cousins graduating. Appreciate Nicole has the layout in the photos so can plan sleeping arrangements in advance. We didn't need all the sleeping spots for most of the time, but it was wonderful to have those extra spots, for the time that we were all there at once. Those in the back corner BR have to go through either of the other BRs, but no problem at all. Kitchen was practical w/containers for storing food, some laundry detergent provided, etc, so you have all you need. I hate how some houses have nothing practical and have to go to the store for basics to do even a little cooking. Nicole also was fine with us having some family and friends come over within certain constraints.

Perfect place for our weekend in Bryan. Very clean and spacious. Nicole checked on us several times. Great Host!

What a perfect place for our family to stay! We needed a home for an extended time and Nicole allowed us to stay so we could help our brother and his family. She was quick to respond to any needs we had, and we loved staying at this home. She is a perfect host. If I could give her a higher rating it would be a 10 star review.

Very charming and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. We could not of asked for a lovelier home to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Nicole was a great host!!!

We loved staying at the historic Casa de Tortuga!! This place met all of our needs. It has a nice spacious kitchen where we enjoyed cooking and communing over meals. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to downtown Bryan. The host was very communicative before our stay. I would recommend this AirBnB location.
