We had a blast at the property, everything was just as posted and some. The actual owner of the property we bumped into while out eating was a marvelous guy, they’re a set of 1st class people to deal with. Most definitely will choose this property every time when staying in Jacksonville…..

This place was in an absolutely amazing spot. Especially if you own a boat and want to ride around on the river. It was a little far from the ocean but was an easy ride. The house was great. Had plenty of room for the three families that came. It was also great to have a pool for the kids to play in during the day. Our only complaint was we couldn't control the temperature upstairs. It was permanently set at 74 degrees and with all the windows upstairs, it would get quite warm during the daytime. I felt with the amount of money we paid, we should have been able to control the thermostat. Other than that, we loved and enjoyed out stay. I would definitely consider staying there again and would recommend it to anyone that has a big family and wants to enjoy the views.

Wonderful vacation. Owners were very friendly and helpful. The views and water accessibility were great. We took our pontoon , which had issues on arrival day and owners assisted in fixing it so we could enjoy it on our trip. Grandkids and kids loved it. Thank you.
