Very nice and spacious house with a clean pool and beautiful view over the hills. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Make sure you buy groceries before getting to the house since the place is very private and isolated. Good supermarkets are about 15 to 20 minutes away in Dominical or Uvita. Hope the fridge will get fixed since it stopped cooling during our stay! Also make sure Vacasa gives you clear instructions and the correct code to get the door key!

Great house! If you like to be secluded up on the hills in a peaceful setting this is the house! Had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, beach towels, washer and dryer and a/c systems! Casa Cascada’s layout is beautiful great space for a family of 6. The backyard is breathtaking! You will need a 4X4 to reach the house or pay for transportation.

First, the good. The view is amazing. The house is cozy and comfortable. There is A/C in all the rooms that work well and a nice sound system to play music. Now, the bad. Nobody communicated the lot # of the home, which meant we drove around looking for 30+ minutes while trying to get a hold of anyone to help us (the manager was apparently in a meeting when we arrived). There was coffee maker but no filters. We ran out of toilet paper as well as paper towels and there was no replacement. When we left, they wanted to charge us for dirty towels and a bed sheet that had some sort of pink (looks like paint) stain, which we couldn’t possibly have done. We have nothing pink at all. I utilize Airbnb A LOT and have never, ever been charged for dirty towels. Ultimately, the house is nice, but the service was not great. For the price being paid, I’d like to see much better service.
