It is a very spacious, clean and cozy basement. Everything in it works well, and so does the air conditioning. There's a separate door, and it leads up to this basement. Check-in and check-out are easy. We enjoyed our trip!

The 3 bedroom basement apartment is spacious and very clean. Newly renovated with all amenities that you could need for the stay! Vik and Leila have been considerate to provide all the amenities to make the stay comfortable. Just a suggestion for families with kids or babies, the basement gets chilly even in the summers as all basements do so please keep some warm clothing for the kids to sleep at night. Vik was considerate to provide a floor heater when asked for one.

Spacious apartment in Angus. We used it to visit several places in Ontario province. The apartment has three bedrooms but one of the bedroom is very dark with no window, and the air conditioning system was so close to that room that there was too much noise to sleep well when it worked. The coffee and the wine are good details and guests were very open to accommodate our check in requests.

Vik & Leila were very communicative, helpful & great hosts! The location was very convenient (for both Barrie and Oro-Medonte) and the location was very easy to find and close to amenities (grocery store & restaurants). While there, however, the air inside the Airbnb was very humid which made our belongings (clothing, etc.) very damp. This could have been because of the extreme heat Angus, ON had during my visit. Overall, great experience and great hosts
