The apartment was very nice and conveniently located near the Metro. Comfortable beds, and the hot water for showers did not run out. We did have to wait in the cold rain for 20 minutes at check-in, however. The kitchen sink also did not drain, so we did not have a functioning kitchen until they finally came to fix it (after push back on my part when they didn’t come the first day like we were told). Additionally, you have to pay extra for basics like shampoo and hand soap. So, while the apartment was nice, we would not stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It worked well for our family of four, and allowed us to explore Paris very easily. Although it’s in the heart of the city, it’s very quiet so we all slept great. We especially appreciated Romain’s recommendations upon checkin.

We were met by Cecile and we walked us through on how to operate the appliances. The team was very responsive to my inquiries. There is a small elevator that will fit 2 people. We wanted a place with washer/dryer and this place has it, however it is small and takes hours for a small load to wash and dry so be prepared for that. Second bathroom has a tub but there is no shower curtain so water splashes everywhere and gets slippery. Rooms are small so a pack and play would not fit. The upstairs neighbor was loud with moving furniture and music late until early morning. The apartmentis right on the main one way street so it gets busy and hard to grab an uber or taxi. There are many cafes within the walking distance from apartment and Bastille metro is also less than 7 minutes walk away. We overall like the apartment for our family of 5 and will recommend it.

Really cool location next to the metro! Nice apartment, 2 full baths and bedrooms! Nice kitchen and all of the windows open! Bring your own shampoo, soap, and coffee pods (L'or brand). and you'll be set! Tons of cool places around to eat and drink! Check out Prost and Sherry Butt!
