This was overall a great place! Kitchen was well stocked, we really enjoyed the big backyard and hot tub. The one thing we didn't enjoy was that two of the beds were very uncomfortable. Could probably easily be fixed with a couple of mattress toppers. Yulia was super responsive and helpful. Good, quiet location. We would definitely recommend this place if they improve the uncomfortable beds.

Great stay! Plenty of room for 3 of us! Close to everything but still quiet and more easy going than downtown.

Great place. Lots of good indoor and outdoor space for our group and kitchen items needed for group dinners. Within reasonable driving/ride share distance of downtown, Rainey Street and the airport

We had a wonderful time with our two toddlers at this house. Really appreciated the full size crib for our little one, and all the toys and fun in the hot tub (basically a pool for kids, it's huge!), and running in the yard. Quiet neighborhood, lots of space inside and close drive to Franklin BBQ ;) Conveniently a couple blocks from a grocery store, allowing us to get food and feel at home during our long weekend!

Would stay again as Yulia was very responsive and the place itself had a good central location. The hot tub was perfect and very spacious. Just a few things to note- there was quite a bit of pet hair everywhere so something to be aware of if you have allergies, the owner’s (I assume) left socks and underwear out on a cabinet in the dining room which was a bit strange, and the bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper holders. But overall it worked well for our group and I appreciated Yulia’s responsiveness!
