The location is pretty good along as there quite a few restaurants along the river and some lovely walks. Its too far to walk to Noosa Heads though so you can either take the bus (which are on a very regular schedule) or drive (and face the battle for parking. The resort was very quiet and relaxing. There are about 20 apartments/townhouses in the resort but I would guess that only about 5 were occuppied whilst we were there meaning we were the only ones to use the pool which was great. Not sure what it would have been like during the QLD holiday season. John's place is clean and spacious. With Airbnb's i'm happy to see some personal touches scattered around, but IMO there were a few too many trinkets. Overall the resort and the house are a little tired and needs some attention. At the price point it was reasonable value, but don't expect luxuary. We enjoyed the holiday, but would probably stay elsewhere in the future.

a very welcoming space with plenty of room for three people to spend a getaway in a clean pool and wonderful reception both checking in and checking out a final note is that being able to return to such a welcome space after a long day is a nice change of place to helm clam down and rest for the next day.

We loved our stay at John's Airbnb. Very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. The apartment is super close to the local bars and restaurants which was ideal. 100% recommend - would definitely stay here again.

Sandy Beach resort is an excellent place to stay, so many things to do in walking distance and lots of great places to eat. The apartment is very spacious, calm and clean. Highly recommend.
