Great apartment. Nice restaurants and friendly people in the area. Barb and Katlijn were easy to communicate with and quick to respond to queries. Walkable location to Central Market. Unfortunately, there is so much construction in the area and the jack hammering started early and ended late. In spite of that I recommend the nice apartment and area.

Definitely recommend. Clean and bright place with spacious living room. East to find and get in. There are shops and an amazing cafe literally next to the place. If visiting Valencia again would definitely consider staying at Bart & Katlijn’s again.

Está a 600 metros de la estación de Joaquin Sorolla. Es un apartamento amplio y cerca del centro. El entorno esta muy bien.

wij waren 4 nachten met onze 2 volwassen dochters in het appartment van Katlijn & Bart. De 2 ruime slaapkamers, de complete keuken en de ruime woonkamer was voor ons heerlijk. De wijk, waar ook veel mogelijkheden om wat te drinken en te eten, vonden wij erg leuk. En de Tapasbar is direkt voor de deur. Groentemannetje ook direkt voor de deur en de supermarkt is 3 min. lopen. Je loopt in ca. 15 min. naar het centrum van Valencia. Een echte aanrader.
