Can't recommend this place enough! Have stayed at a number of air bnb's around the Mermaid Beach area and this is the best we have experienced so far. Superb location, across from the beach. Great selection of local cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Pet friendly and hosts were great!

This was our 3rd stay at Josh’s place and it won’t be the last. The location is absolute perfection, the apartment has everything we could possibly need for a week’s stay, and best of all, it’s pup friendly! All 3 of us (pup included) loved our stay. Thanks Josh and Makayla!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Josh’s place. Comfortable beds, great styling and helpful amenities. The windows let through a lovely breeze, but unfortunately are outward opening with no screen, only a hazard for our adventurous toddler. Deck was lovely, but small dog or said toddler could weasel under the barrier. Some pet smells and hair remained, but come to be expected in pet friendly accommodation. Great stay without young children I’m sure.

We had a lovely stay at Josh’s place. The unit was very comfortable, light and airy and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and we were so happy to be able to bring our pooch. We would definitely stay again.
