Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location is unbeatable! Unfortunately there were a few things that damped our time there. The biggest of which appears to be a leak? It rained during our stay and the floor on the ground level had puddled and it didn’t seemed to be coming from any (closed) window. The check out instructions ask for all dishes washed and put away yet they didn’t supply anything in the kitchen to wash them with!! I had to go buy dishwashing tablets (which I left as a gift to the next holidayers lol). They have an oven but no over tray. The upstairs balcony was filthy and turned my feet black and there were fake tan(???) stains on the door. I have pics of the leak if the real estate wanted to see more!! (:

The place was great, as shown and as expected. It should not be on Airbnb, it is run by an old school real estate place in Burleigh Heads 3 km's away that expect you to go and pick up the keys (I did that and got given the wrong keys) and then they asked if I bought my own linen? WTF?#$%^&* when they finally delivered the correct key to me at 7 pm I got in but had to make my own bed, not something I paid for. they also expected me to do all their work and stripe the beds, take the rubbish out, turn everything off, pull the blinds down, etc....which I did. But I refused to take the key back to the real estate office so they picked it up. Nice place, just a terrible experience getting in and out, it should be managed by the owner or some else who lives there, not a property manager, 3km away. Get a key lock at the door, it'll save everything time.
