Amazing location and great value. The only disappointing thing is that the blinds are half missing and there is absolutely no privacy from the street. Once rectified, I would highly recommend this place.

Overall we had a really nice stay at this apartment. Great view and location away from the city for a bit more peace and quiet. There wasn’t much communication with host and which is fine

Unfortunately, the negatives well and truly have outweighed the positives in our experience at this apartment. We stayed here for a week and the big positive is the location, it couldn’t get any better being across the road from the beach and a great walk into Burleigh. The communication from Burleigh Esplanade is also great, Bec in particular was great at getting back to us with any urgent issues…that’s where the positives end! There was not enough hot water to run 3 showers, this was communicated and a electrian was sent who couldn’t find any fault with the hot water system…we just had to stagger our showers for the duration of our stay but he fixed the tv aerial so we were grateful to have the tv working. The outdoor plastic chair was broken in half and we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside on the balcony at all. The couch is heavily stained. The kitchen is not adequately equipped for cooking. Window sills are all weather damaged and window/doors are not clean. Blinds are broken and rusted so much they don’t open or close. As There is no heating at all, and no blankets supplied for cooler nights. The carpets are stained and worn down and mould in silicone in kitchen/bathroom. The acoustics are horrible, with renovations happening upstairs, toilets flushing and hearing footsteps and people walking around in floor directly above us. overall, we would not stay here again and not recommend it unfortunately.
