Accommodation was great. Unfortunately Burleigh Letting Co wasnt very pleasent. Lady on desk wasnt happy, or too helpful with information regarding the parking. Then when i got to the place, I was told only after payment that it was visitor or retail parking; not to park in residential. So there was No visitor parking and then parked in retail, only to read and learn we are not allowed to park therr and could be towed. I called Burleigh Letting Co who were unhelpful and said they would call me back to advise, and never returned my call. Airbnb should have not advertised dedicated secure parking provided as this is NOT true. I was worried about getting towed so i kept going to basment to see if a visitor park became available and at 9pm it did so i moved my car. The lady on reception said there were alot of problems with people misusing the parking and towing was done. Not impressed when i further learnt we did have a park for our room, a car was parked there permanent in residential
Beautiful location across from the beach and the playground for the kids. So many restaurants close by as well. Even nicer than the photos. If going with kids there isn’t any toys for them so bring your own. Also no oil or salt and pepper so take the cooking basics.

The location of this apartment is amazing. Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment for our family of 5. Disappointing there was no essentials like conditioner provided, lots of shampoo but for the price you pay we expected more. Overall we enjoyed our stay however finding dirty plates and bowels in the kitchen was extremely disappointing. Advised I was sent check in details with apartment number. Incorrect. We were left trying to find room at 9:30pm with 3 children
The apartment & the location we’re amazing. I only have a couple of small complaints. There was very clear instructions about picking up the keys but the instructions were not clear about getting into the unit. Not even the floor no, how to access the lifts etc. also coffee cups were stained & a few more dishwasher tablets should be left. BUT overall it was amazing & I would recommend people to stay. These small complaints are only for the host.
