This fabulous apartment fully lived up to its billing on the Airbnb website. The location is truly wonderful with an absolutely spectacular view over the bay from the sitting room. Everything was in perfect working order and the instruction videos François sent in advance meant we had no problems at all knowing how everything worked. Nadine, the Concierge who greeted us was extremely pleasant and helpful also. We aim to come here again …and again!

My family group of four adults and one almost 18-month-old had a wonderful stay at this apartment that has a spectacular view of the Nice waterfront. It's located walking distance from so many activities and restaurants. It was very convient for two couples, one with a toddler. The apartment has a portable crib and a highchair. There is one bedroom with an in-suite bath that has a washer and dryer that was perfect for the family. The other bedroom has an in-suite sink/shower and a separate toilet. All the rooms have very nice closets. We highly recommend it!

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Bucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Der Check in war super organisiert und reibungslos. Vielen Dank, Francois!

Francois's apartment is perfectly situated on the Promenade des Anglais with a superb view over the plage and Mediterranean. The apartment has a great layout with a modern kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. It's a short walk to the Old Town and to restaurants and food stores. We would certainly stay here again.

Appartement spendide, très propre, bien agencé, lumineux avec une vue à couper le souffle! François est un hote sympathique et réactif qui a pensé à tout dans son logement (galets lave vaisselle, dosettes à café, papier toilette, gel douche, lessive, linge de lit...). Nous avons adoré notre séjour et avons quitté cet appartement avec beaucoup de regret, nous reviendrons, c'est sur!
