we have had an ace time the cottage is lovely and so close to the beach. 3 adults 2 kids and 2 dogs had a fabulous stay. Plenty of things to do and places to visit. Chinese and Linda's chippy and Lilly Kitchen great takeaways. The Royal Oak Hotel a few doors down do lovely food. A trip to Banff beach and Spotty bag shop a must also great restaurant. We will definitely be back. Cottage has everything you need and lovely sitting outside areas. Also very dog friendly thank you Stewart.

Lovely place, communication was great and Stewart was very understanding with requirements when we needed an extension last minute.

cheers Stewart had a brilliant stay for two weeks cracking place and everything you could need Stewart was brilliant to deal with can't recommend this place highly enough definitely a five star for us 👍 plus Linda's fish and chips is a must🤤👍

this was my second stay at Stewart's home like previously it didn't disappoint cracking house with everything you will need and nicely decorated Stewart and his team were brilliant to deal with hopefully we'll get back to stay with you again thanks for everything iain👍

A lovely clean house - more spacious than others in the Seatown. A great location for the beach, getting up to the shops and local walks. Six of us stayed for a week - usually one shower room / toilet wouldn’t be enough for us, but on a relaxed holiday it really wasn’t an issue. The kitchen was well equipped and the front garden was lovely to sit in, although fairly noisy traffic passes on the road above. The beds were all very clean and comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided. I would stay here again.
