The beach, harbour & golf course are on the doorstep, with the Salmon Bothy and Castle Hill all within easy walking distance. For water enthusiasts, water sports can be accessed through local businesses and opportunities for walking, cycling and hiking around our coastal paths and beautiful countryside are endless. Cullen has a lovely range of local shops and eateries. This perfect family friendly cottage is spread over two floors. The Ground floor consists of a Kitchen/Diner, Living Room, King Bedroom, Shower room, Utility and Office. The generous dining kitchen area comfortably seats six and houses a full Range Gas Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Kettle, Microwave and Toaster. Just off this room is a small utility area with a Washing Machine and rear access to the patio area. The large living room has a Smart TV, Wii Console and a cosy Woodburning Stove (Logs are available to purchase on request). There is also a small office area for those who require a quiet work space or work at home alternative. Upstairs houses a bathroom and two bedrooms - a large King bedroom with TV and a twin bedroom, both with sea views which is perfect for watching the Sunrise and Sunset over Cullen Bay. Typical of this type of cottage, the staircase is fairly steep, but there is a handrail to support access - consideration should be made for those with mobility issues. A travel cot and highchair are available on request and a retractable baby gate is situated at the top of the stairs if needed. A small selection of toys, games and books are available for guests to enjoy. There is a lovely, private courtyard at the rear of the cottage with built in seating, perfect for socialising and relaxing.
