Honestly, you get what you pay for. The room has a double bed and lots of cupboards/wardrobes to put your stuff in. There is also a small shower in the room and a separate toilet. Overall the room is good, the bed is comfortable, there is a sink in the room, a mirror, a kettle with cups, and tea/coffee provided. However, the walls are very thin so it is quite noisy. There are earplugs provided and if I hadn't used them I would not have been able to fall asleep. Then at 6:30 am fire alarms turned on in the whole building and I woke up in distress. It turned out to be a false alarm, but there was nothing done to reassure us that there was no fire. Overall, I stayed for one night only and I cannot complain about the price I paid, but if you are looking for something quiet and relaxing you might look for something else.

A few issues during my stay that required me to move to a different smaller room but other than that, it was fine.

Great value for money, perfect for a short stay in the city of Brighton in walkable distance from all amenities. It was the perfect place to crash after a concert and would consider staying here again for future events!
