Großes Haus am Lyngenfjord, mit traumhaftem Blick auf die schroffen Lyngen Alpen! + gut ausgestattete Küche + großer Esstisch + Holzofen + 2 Toiletten - vorhänge die nur wenig abdunkeln Das Haus ist generell sehr gut beheizt! Wir wollten trotzdem mit dem kleinen Holzofen etwas einheizen, leider haben wir es nicht geschafft das der Ofen richtig "zieht".

La casa è proprio fronte mare. Bellissima vista sul fiordo e le alpi di Lyngen. Casa con un soggiorno cucina molto ampio, ben arredata e pulita. Lenzuola e asciugamano devono essere prenotate a parte. Noi eravamo in 5 e è stato perfetto. Ci sono letti per altre persone. Posizione OK per le scialpinistiche tra Olderdalen e Rotsund. L'auto si parcheggia dal lato opposto della strada E6.

Vacation was ruined. We booked this cottage from 9 to 16 October, but we wanted to leave this house on the first day. Our problems began with the fact that there was a dead mouse in the house. We checked in at 4:00 pm local time and before unpacking we decided to look around the house and then we found a dead mouse in the kitchen under the sink. She was lying in a dumpster and there was already a smell from her. We immediately called the owner of the house and reported the situation. We also reported the situation to the DanCenter staff and asked for a replacement house or a refund, as no one wanted to stay in a house with mice. The owner of the house began to assure us that there should not be mice there, and apparently this is some kind of misunderstanding, DanCenter told us that a refund or exchange is impossible. We had to stay as the journey was long and our children were tired. We thought that maybe the person cleaning this house killed this mouse and forgot to throw it outside the house. It was a bad decision, it would be better if we left that house immediately. And all because the house was terribly dirty. To begin with, I had to wash the oven myself, as it was dirty and greasy. We also had to wash the toilets, sinks and wipe the mirrors. Because the oven was in such a terrible state, I washed the dishes before using them. I could no longer be sure that the dishes or appliances in this house could be clean. There was rice on the sofa and under the sofa in the living room! Why there was rice, we did not understand?! Rice was also under the ottoman, and behind the chest of drawers. On the evening of October 13, we noticed mice running around the kitchen. The children were frightened and did not want to stay in the house, we hardly managed to put them to bed, since we could not leave for the night looking. That same evening, we called DanCenter on the number they had left for emergencies, but were told to call in the morning. In the morning, we contacted the owner of the house and the DanCenter company to inform us that we were moving out and demanded compensation for the ruined vacation and 2 unlived days. But as on the first day, the owner of the house did not want to meet us, all the time saying that a return is impossible. DanCenter did not even respond to my messages in the application, I tried to reach them, but this did not work either. In the end, I wrote a complaint to Airbnb, and only they resolved this situation. I would also like to add that there are no heating elements in the room on the first floor, so it is very cold and it is impossible to stay in it. The pillows on the beds have yellow streaks, which is strange because the house has a washer and dryer. Can a cleaning lady wash bedding and linens properly?! My child had a rash on his face the first morning in this house. And now we don’t know what this rash is from, either from towels, or from such pillows. You will not find a pharmacy nearby, dress up to go to Tromso. Within 20 km you can only find a small kiosk. DanCenter told me that there is a fishing spot 60 meters from the house, but this is not true. Not everyone can go down from the house to the shore, the territory is slippery, there is no path, everything is overgrown with tall grass. Under the house, closer to the seashore, there is a small ownerless building, which is also not approached. It was a terrible vacation, time in this house was wasted. Of the pluses in the house, only the view of the fjords. Otherwise, I personally would not recommend this location and this holiday home to anyone. I also don't recommend booking DanCenter listed houses, if you have problems they won't help you.

We rented this house to go skitouring. The location was perfect for therefore. We were 4 persons. I would recommend a group of max 5 Persons for this house. It has a wonderfull view to the sea. Very nice houseowners aswell. Would come again immediately!
