This leads to a comfortable lounge/dining area with complimentary snacks, fridge and TV. Adjoining the lounge is a spacious air-conditioned queen-size bedroom with views to the garden. A lockable sliding door gives access into the main house where you will find the guest bathroom. Our kitchen may be used if dining in. Breathe in the fresh country air while relaxing on the spacious deck; soothe your tired muscles in the outdoor spa; take a stroll around the property or simply enjoy the serenity of your private bedroom and lounge. A light breakfast is provided and our kitchen is yours to use should you wish to dine in.

Perfect weekend getaway. Sarah and Clint were so welcoming and kind. Pristine facilities and situated in a beautiful location, just out of Yeppoon but a very short drive. Myself and my dog stayed for two nights and it was wonderful. Sarah goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. The room was clean, comfy and homey! It was the perfect area to relax and de-stress. As a younger female, I really felt welcomed, safe and at home staying with Sarah and Clint. I will definitely be back, it is great to know there is this accomodation available for the future - bonus is it is pet friendly!! Thank you x 100 for the lovely stay!!

We had an amazing overnight stay here, Sarah was extremely accomodating and friendly. The room was a lot bigger than expected and was spotless, had everything you could want in there and then some. Really impressed with the hospitality provided to us while we stayed here and will definitely be stopping back in if we go to Yeppoon again!
Sarah let us stay and it was the most amazing place to sleep, the spa was soooo relaxing and the hospitality was absolutely amazing and the room and house is very homely. Thank you 🥰

I arrived in Australia for a holiday 30 years ago and fell in love with its diverse landscape and friendly, fun-loving people. I found my "happy place" in Yeppoon on the Capricorn Coast. I work full time and enjoy nothing more than kicking off my shoes, pouring a glass of wine and wandering around the property with my partner and our 2 rescue dogs. We check out what's in flower, enjoy the birds having there afternoon splash in the birdbaths, see if our bees are busy making honey and maybe pick some fresh herbs for dinner. We also enjoy plenty of fresh eggs from our free range chickens. Using Airbnb accommodation has made my experiences so much more personal with local knowledge being shared and friendships being made. I hope to return some of that hospitality by welcoming you into our home.
