Cook fresh caught seafood in a gourmet kitchen. 3rd and 2nd floor master bedrooms with decks off every bedroom. 1 minute walk to the beach or a two minute walk to Hatteras' own Happy Belly. (Best Ice Cream in the OBX). High Speed WiFi. Even an outdoor shower!

Easy check in and an overall great space for everyone. Enjoyed our relaxing vacation and the kids especially liked the ice cream shop across the street.
Eric’s place was wonderful for our short but fabulous stay. Very close to the beach and a spotless, comfortable home. Eric was also very friendly - and his restaurant suggestions were perfect! Great stay!
We loved the location of this house, walkable to both the beach and ice cream (and what else could you need?!) Eric was extremely helpful and answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. The space was perfect for us and the kitchen was ready for use making our meals the entire week.
We loved the house. We had two minor issues that were acknowledged and addressed promptly. Would definitely stay here again and Eric was a wonderful host.
