We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and a reasonable value for the area. The hostess was responsive to our one request (for more hangers). There were two small issues that were not obvious from the listing. The photos of the kitchen are accurate, but we did not think to look at them closely to notice that there is no cooktop. The only 2 ways to cook something are a microwave and a toaster. That limited our eating options a bit (eg, no eggs for breakfast). The other issue was that the sliding glass door to the apartment cannot be locked from the outside. So when we left, all personal valuables needed to be in the two bedrooms, that do have locks on the doors. There is an outside security camera. That may be totally normal for a small town, but we were not accustomed to leaving the entrance door unlocked when we left.

Great place to stay!

We stayed in Height's Hideaway for 5 nights. The "shoes off" space was spacious and the gravel yard we faced was private and had beautiful views (there is currently some construction on another property which has resulted in a large dirt pile somewhat impacting the view.) Our dog enjoyed the patio and chasing after leaves and shrubs waving in the wind. The couches were huge and comfortable as was the bed. There were some fragrence plugins which we moved to the empty bedroom, so no trouble and the sheets and towels were fragrance free. We didn't cook because there wasn't enough space to set up the cooktop but used the kitchen for salads and breakfast and heating up leftovers from the wonderful local restaurants. Kanab is a great base camp.

Tons of space. Pictures and descriptions match. Easy walk to great restaurant - SEGO. Very quiet neighbourhood.

We loved staying here. Great location, nicely furnished, clean. Only thing which may be of concern to some is bathroom is attached to one bedroom vs in main room. However, we loved it and felt it was a very good value.
