Great location. So convenient to be so close to amenities and to all the sports and shopping. I would recommend. Would stay again.

Mackenzie’s place was great. It is in the perfect location just steps away from the Scotiabank centre and about a 10 minute walk to the CN tower. The only thing was that the cot wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that it was fantastic and would stay again.

Amazing location, safe building, in the heart of the city! Unit hadn't been properly cleaned at all beforehand and when I let the owner know, they offered to cancel it for me. With a hockey game planned the next day, I didn't want to cancel, I would've liked to have it clean before I arrived. The fridge was dirty , toast crumbs and jam on the counter, dusty floors, dishes in the dishwasher. They offered to have someone come in while we were out and I didn't feel comfortable with that, but they did offer. For over $600/night, I would've liked to come to a clean place. The beds and bathrooms looked clean though. I also would've preferred clearer instructions on how to get up to the unit, including step by step on how to use the fobs on each door/elevator. They didn't always work properly on each door/elevator and being a country bumpkin, I wasn't sure which fob was for which door so it was a bit stressful. It was such a great location though, near everything you might need or want.

Great location! We went to two concerts and it was so convenient being just feet from the arena. The grocery store in the building is another great bonus. The room is as described and worked well for our family. The free parking is a great bonus as you can get in and out free the entire stay. Logistically there are some hurdles getting the parking fob in the room after check in and then returning it to the room before you checkout. I recommend being clear on this process as it took us about 30 extra mins when we checked out. That being said, still a great benefit as it saved us well over $100 in parking.

Very nice location for good price. Nice clean rooms with everything needed for stay.
