Such a peaceful location. We loved all the little extra personal touches Kim added to make our stay enjoyable. The house was very clean. Even though it rained the whole time we were there, there was lots to do and enjoy in the house. Next time we are in Cookeville we would love to stay here again. I would highly recommend it!

We absolutely Loved this cottage. We had 4 in our party. The cottage is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The outdoors was sooo relaxing! Cow pastures for miles that are beautiful (not used to cow pastures looking so nice) and Owls at night. The patio was very nice to sit and relax and enjoy the country. I would highly recommend this cottage. Allen and Kim are wonderful hosts and should be listed as super hosts!! Thank you again!!

This cottage was top notch. We were greeted with homemade cookies. The best part is she left us the recipe!!! They were outstanding❤️ 🍪❤️ We absolutely loved the place and it was like a picture in a magazine!! We couldn't have stayed in a better place. We can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality ❤️

Great stay! Beautiful and relaxing country setting. Very comfortable beds with lots of comfortable extra pillows. Well stocked kitchen without feeling cluttered.

We loved staying here! The space was clean and had all the amenities and supplies we needed and more! Very spacious, great for our kids. Our son had fun watching the cows!
