Waterfall lovers and hikers will love this location. Feel the peace on our big front and back porches overlooking the woods and yards. Sit around our fire-pit at night and sing and laugh. Watch as deer carefully cross the yard to the woods and creek. Our private country acre will calm your heart. Cummins Falls is only 7.8 miles away. The more adventurous can hike down to our creek. Great for families or groups up to 8. About 20 minutes from Tennessee Tech. You will have the whole property to yourselves. Plenty of yard and grass to play ball outside. Plenty of porch space to BBQ and eat out. Or gather in our big great room. We've got board games, shuffle board, make shift ping pong, Roku tv you can sign in to your favorite streaming service, the fire-pit outside, and comfy beds.

Very comfortable and cozy place in a lovely quiet country setting. Great front and back porches to sit on and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets as well as listen to the birds singing in the trees. Lots of space for our dogs to run around outside and chase a ball. On top of it all Regina was a great host.

Quite, safe, country deadend lane with very good neighbors. Drive past farms and cattle to arrive. About 20 minutes from Tennessee Tech in Cookeville. There is a creek at the bottom of the property in the woods that leads to a waterfall for those that like to hike. Near the quaint Dodson Branch community which has a Dollar General. Be sure to fill up with gas and groceries before coming out! Your view will be woods and your own yard. As in most of rural Tennessee areas you will drive past a couple properties that appear abandoned.

There's enough parking in the driveway and free parking on the county lane. The nearest store is the Dollar General at 17666 Dodson Branch Hwy., Cookeville. You should fill up with gas and groceries before coming out. You will be near several waterfalls and state parks.
