La Casa sul Mare stands right in front of one of the sand dunes that rise along the Apulian Ionian coast. The property boasts two apartments - Terra Apartment and Cielo Apartment - completely independent, ideal for groups - large or small - or individuals who want to try the real experience of "living on the sea", savoring its beauties from the first light of the morning to the sunset. La Casa sul Mare is, indeed, a white tower located a few meters from the beach. The crystal clear waters, the fine white sand and the Mediterranean scents make it the ideal place for those looking for a peaceful holiday in contact with nature and the sea.

Such a great holiday for my family. We have two little ones. The pack and play crib was clean and in great condition. They were so helpful and communicative with any issues. The location can’t be beat, we were steps to the beach. We spent most nights outside enjoying the great wine and restaurant around. Highly recommend for anyone!
Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Posizione fantastica, alloggio confortevole, direttamente sul mare e vicino al centro del paese, raggiungibile a piedi. Comunicazione ottima con Cosimo, sempre proattivo e disponibile; check-in semplice e veloce grazie a Letizia. Abbiamo, inoltre, apprezzato il servizio di pulizia infrasettimanale e la cura nel rifornimento di articoli di consumo (cialde di caffé, zucchero, asciugamani, carta igienica ecc.) Contiamo di tornarci il prossimo anno!

La Casa sul Mare is located right in front of the sea and is just a few minutes walking distance from the center. Located in a strategic position, in the most "indigenous" heart of Salento, it is located on the edge of the coast of San Pietro in Bevagna (Marina di Manduria), famous for its sand dunes and crystal clear water. Just 1.5 km away you can reach the mouth of the Chidro River, a place of immeasurable beauty rich in tradition and unspoiled nature. About 10 minutes by car you will find the “Salina dei Monaci” nature reserve, where you can closely observe the wonderful spectacle of pink flamingos. Twenty-five minutes away you can reach Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo. The Itria Valley (Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino) can be reached in 30 minutes, Gallipoli in 40 minutes and Lecce in 50 minutes.The nearest airport is Brindisi about 50 minutes away.
