Great spacious house. Ideal for big families or two families . Everything was nice, tidy and clean. Our boys loved the bodyboards in the house! The park was pretty quiet and it is a good location to explore Cornwall.

Lovely little cottage in a great location! So close to Newquay and Truro. Lots of things to keep the children entertained! Great there’s 2 play parks on the site too! Couldn’t get hold of entertainment passes so couldn’t use the pool, but Newquay Leisure Pool (which is amazing for kids!) is only a 10min drive away! Kitchen is well equipped and had everything we could have ever wanted! Fridge/ Freezer is plenty big enough for a weeks worth of food too! Restaurant and Cafe on site. The only snag we had was that we did have an issue with the heating being constantly on (and it being 20+degrees outside) but messaged Steve and he was quick to respond (and visit) and we came up with a plan to make it work for the week. Overall great 4 bed- comfy beds, clean and has 3 bathrooms. Parking nearby the cottage too.

Steve is a great host and very helpful. The property was very clean and we had a great time staying there. Looking forward to come back in summer again😊

Great house, very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Great kitchen. A bit dark in the main room and no washing machine or line to dry wetsuits etc. Steve was really helpful and after a slight error (where he allowed us to change dates when we couldn’t) he gave us a proportional refund of the days we couldn’t make, Airbnb fees and all. No complaints at all, worked out really well and was quick to reply and sort any issues.
