Beautiful home with plenty of space for the six of us plus baby. Beds were comfy and water temp / pressure was great. Loved the Smeg appliances in the kitchen and was great to have a washer/dryer too. I was dubious about staying inland rather than on the coast but if you have a car it's really not far to lots of amazing beaches, and a great spot to stay for the Eden Project too. Poppy was brilliant and I knew she was on hand if we needed anything (we didn't!). Note that as it's an 'upside down' house with the bedrooms downstairs, you can hear people walking about in the kitchen/lounge from the bedrooms.

Poppy’s place was ideal for a short notice weekend away in Cornwall. Close enough to Newquay and the many beaches on the coast, but far enough away that it feels peaceful. Countryside and coast in one. Poppy’s place was exactly as per the description and did not disappoint. It’s well equipped, comfortable and the hot tub is a wonderful bonus. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful house Lovely beds and linen Really great base for exploring cornwall Everything is modern and well looked after Would reccomend bringing an extra towel when using the hot tub! Bio fuel burner is a lovely feature
