LouAnne was awesome! Love the site and trail to Big South Fork. Not far from town, good restaurant near by. The property was incredible, great location loved the dogs and animals. Was primitive, private and perfect. Had fun collecting firewood, camping out and listening to nature at night by the fire. A lot of trees good cover from rain, great spot for tent. We loved it here!

We had a great stay at LouAnne's campsite. It was private and secluded and quiet (except for the coyotes in the distance each evening :), which we didn't mind. Secluded, but we felt safe and had a radio in case of emergency. There were flat spots to set up the tents, a fire pit, chairs, and an over the fire grill available. We stayed the night and hiked in Big South Fork during the day, which worked out great. LouAnne was a great host who made sure we felt comfortable and it's incredible all the hard work she has put into her property. Would absolutely stay there again!

She gave us a heads up of all the animals that might be there didn’t try and hide anything she was very nice and welcoming and would definitely camp there again

LouAnne and Brice were very hospitable and accommodating. You will lose cell service, so they lent us a radio in case of emergencies. It was so peaceful and private. My husband and I and our sons (age 5 and 3) were able to relax, fish, and play in the creek. LouAnne supplied lawn chairs, a pop up bathroom for privacy, they put lots of hay down for a soft ground for our tent, also supplied tools like an axe, cooking utensils and had some tiki torches and a hammock. We really enjoyed it. It’s primative, so if you are a “glamper” this may not be for you. Pack light, it is a little walk from where you park…however, they did supply a big wagon for us to move our things to the campsite which was very helpful. We will definitely be back! We visited Colditz Cove nearby and it was beautiful. LouAnne also mentioned the Hazard Cave to explore, so we will try that next time.
