Very quaint beach retreat that has survived intact from an earlier time when life was lived at a slower pace. Very homey and a great location for beachcombing or watching the ships slip by.

My husband and I Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We saw so much wildlife, enjoyed the views of the Sound and the mountains, and most importantly, we were able to disconnect for a while. This cottage was comfortable, quaint, and cozy - just what we were looking for. We fell in love with the PNW here and can’t wait to return!!

The great: the view was amazing, got to see bald eagles, deer, bunnies, and birds from the front window. Had the ability to walk the beach and spend time listening to the ocean and find shells. The beds were comfortable. The water for the shower was hot. Plenty of ice trays for making ice. The forest behind and lovely garden also made for beautiful greenery. The appliances all worked. Communication and friendliness of the host. The less great: parking is really tight, a few things were not clean to the expectations held of the guests, but still pretty clean so it didn’t bother me enough to bother about it. Overall this was a great place and I think anyone staying here would enjoy it.
