Although this unit gave Hyde Park vibes , This unit is NOT located in Hyde Park, it’s farther south in a more criminal activity area. The host lives upstairs!The place was very clean and stylish, and the garden that was outside was amazing in the mornings I will go out and have tea and look at all of the nature that surround in the backyard. The interior was decorated very nicely and I was definitely pleased with the appearance of the unit. However, my experience with the house was more subpar. She had a very SASSY tone which was very unprofessional . I had to go back and fourth and get Airbnb involved and it’s my belief that there’s a camera inside the unit. There is also a plumbing issue in the building that needs to be addressed so future bookers should be aware that the host wasn’t too upfront about the issue, And would rather make emphasis on toilet policies. In the beginning, communication was very poor, but towards the middle of my stay( I staid a little over a month).

Absolutely loved my stay! Supper cozy! And plenty of space to be able to use the workout equipment they offer in their stay!

Most definitely not the place to be. Will give you a dirty place where all the drains are backed up, no AC, multiple interruptions and extra cost more than what BNB regulates. Major rip off. I’m never staying in Chitown ever again. Neither should you.

The stay was a nice one for my small group of friends. The size of the place is smaller than expected and it’s essentially the basement of the home, but there were lots of complimentaries and they were accommodating. In a bit of a “rougher” neighborhood but we stayed in our business and had no issues.
