Η τοποθεσία είναι καλή, το οίκημα όμορφο εξωτερικά και η βεράντα ευρύχωρη με ωραία θέα. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το ισόγειο είναι ξεχωριστό σπίτι αλλά αρκετά σκοτεινό κάτι το οποίο δεν είναι ευχάριστο για διακοπές. Το μπάνιο του είναι καινούργιο και άνετο αντίθετα με αυτό του πρώτου όπου έβγαιναν νερά από το σιφόνι και μετά από κάθε μπάνιο έπρεπε να καθαρίζουμε. Το σημαντικότερο πρόβλημα ομως το οποίο καλό είναι να αποσαφηνιστεί από τον ιδιοκτήτη για μελλοντικούς επισκέπτες είναι ότι στην περιγραφή ανάφερεται ότι υπάρχουν στον πρώτο όροφο δύο διπλά κρεβάτια. Ωστόσο το δεύτερο δωμάτιο που δεν απεικονίζεται στην καταχώρηση είναι μικρό και έχει ένα μόνο και ένα ημιδιπλο κρεβάτι ενώ ένα αρκετά μικρό διπλό υπάρχει στο ισόγειο. Με βάση τα παραπάνω μιλώντας για εμάς (δύο ζευγάρια με δύο δίχρονα παιδιά) δεν βολευτήκαμε πολύ καλά και αν είχαμε την πραγματική εικόνα του σπιτιού δε θα το είχαμε επιλέξει με δεδομένη την τιμή του.

We had a fantastic 10 day stay at the house in Mani. Any issues were dealt within minutes and the house was just as described in the advert. Was fantastic to watch the swallows on the power cables and the studio below was perfect for teenage kids. Agios Dimitrios has a lovely wholesome cafe and a great place to swim. In summary a perfect place, thank you Kostas and Irene

Allereerst een prima locatie. Echter prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding volgens ons aan de hoge kant. De al door andere bezokers genoemde niet meer kloppende foto’s van de buitenomgeving behoeven echt aanpassing om teleurstelling te voorkomen. ( Nieuw gebouwd huis direct ernaast, op erfafscheiding van het gehuurde huis en stroomkabels in gezichtsveld. Je hebt dus minder privacy. Daarnaast was onze ervaring dat de keuken niet goed schoon was. Zelf na het legen van de 1e volle vuisniszak erachter gekomen dat de vuilnisemmer op de bodem echt smerig was enndaardoornstonk en dus hebben wij die zelf maar grondig schoon gemaakt. Daarnaast kruimels en vuil in de bestekbak en kastjes. Bij aankomst de (eet) tafel buiten onder de mieren. Niets ernstigs natuurlijk, maar een kleine moeite lijkt ons om dit in de toekomst wel op orde te hebben. Verder een hele fijne accomodatie die zeker de moeite waard was om in de regio uitstapjes te maken.

We had a wonderful time staying for 5 nights at this well appointed home. The location is not more than a 5 minute drive to Pantazi beach (about a 15 minute walk) and the few restaurants in Agios Dimitrios. The home is in a very quiet location, surrounded by olive groves, with a stunning view of the hills to the south and sea to the west. There is an unfortunately placed power pole, but it does not 'ruin' the view. We enjoyed watching the sunset every evening from the second floor terrace. The upstairs rooms are comfortable and well lit. The downstairs is a bit on the dark side, but is otherwise a nice space, with a larger shower than upstairs. My only complaint is that we did not have enough sheets for every bed and had to improvise. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had car troubles upon departure. 5/5 for value, location, and the sunset views!
