We had a lovely stay in this apartment. However, the bed is really uncomfortable and pillows old and hard. We requested new pillows but they told us this was not possible. Nonetheless the location is good, apartment is clean and close to everything you need. Just be aware that you cannot use toilet paper in the bathrooms, this is super common in Thailand but my partner and I got a shock when we arrived as there was no prior mention.

We had an absolutely stunning time at Evgeny's place. The standout feature was the convenience of the location, and the manager was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us.

The place was lovely, nice, and secure with a gate and 24-hour security at the front. The room is very clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the TV is not working at all. It has 2 air-conditioners. I had to pay 666 Baht for electricity for one week and 200 Baht for water. It is a 15-minute walking distance to the beach. Taxis are too expensive in Koh Samui. If you can rent a motorbike, it will be better and cheaper than trying to get a taxi everywhere. For a taxi, it is a 7-minute drive and costs 340 baht. I found a company for motorbike rental called Jame Rental. It is cheap but you need to go on their website to get the deal. And you need to call them before you go there. Koh Samui is too small and there isn't much to do for one week. The best bit is possibly 4 days. Good luck. Aye.

The apartment had a spacious balcony and a well equipped kitchen. There was fresh fruit and cold water ready for us on arrival. The bathroom was nice and the shower heated quickly. The pool was always a nice cool temperature. A beautiful corner of the beach only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We found it strange that we were asked to pay for electricity separately with cash. However, it was a small cost (ours was 102 baht for 3 nights) and overall we enjoyed our stay.
