It’s a cozy and comfortable house. The host is always online and very friendly. The house is big and clean, small garden is very nice. All was fine there! Distance to ferry pier (Lipa Noi) in 5 min, to Lamai beach 15-20 min by car. Small shops and local market in 10 min by foot.

This is a best house I ever rented in Thailand. The price is very pleasant. It is very modern inside and its have all you need in everyday life: toaster, blender, microwave oven, kettle, gas oven and cooktop, big refregerator and all kind of dishes, 2 bathrooms and 3 comfortable bedrooms(equipped with aircon. Beautiful living room with TV, sofa and 2 chairs(with fan on the top). Internet worked well with enought speed all the rent time. One time we had a problem with water, because of maintenance works on Samui, but it was solved very fast by communicating with host, because house is equipped by autonomic water supplying system with enought water reserve tank. It was very comfortable stay by family with 2 daughters (10 and 4 yo). Also small area around the house has a table with umbrella, wood swing and parking place. On back side of house you can use washing mashine and BBQ(you need coal). Few words about Thaling Ngam area. It is very silent place, so it is very great if you like to have a rest in not loud areas. You need any type of transport(motorbike or car) to live in such area. There are many 24/7 shops in 3 mins by car from the house (7/11, Tesco Lotus Express, Mini Big C) and fruit/street food market. The near beach of AM resort (just 5min by car, has a pool) or Island View resort are very comfortable and silent place to rest with children, there are not too much another people there and there is shadow from the trees. This places are not convient for evening visiting because of ebb-tides. In evening visiting Lamai or Chaweng beaches is better. Hope to come back here again.

Very comfortable house with all necessary stuff inside. Free parking, safe zone and hospitable host. Perfect choice for Samui if you have car or bikes.

Lovely villa and would recommend this place. If you do stay here then have a mode of transport to get around as you’ll need one :) Lovely family members of Massimo’s wife who helped us and were very friendly. Joe took us to a bike shop and was helpful when there was any issue around the villa with plumbing. Good value for money however you need to make sure you have read everything as they take a 10,000 B deposit on arrival and you have to pay for your own electricity use.
