Excelente atención de ISAI y Evelyn. Nos hicieron sentir en casa. La CASA de playa es tal como se indica y muestra en fotos. Muy limpia y ordenada. Volveríamos a quedarnos y 3 días y 2 noches, nos parecieron poco para ese paraíso de playa

Todo exactamente como lo descrito. super limpio y ordenado. únicamente podrían solicitar la reparación de la calle de acceso. Primera calle de playa Costa Azul que aunque es la mejor de todas las entradas está descuidada por la municipalidad

The place was beautiful and clean. However, the person that takes care of the property (Isaias) was not friendly at all. He was rude to our guests, asking them all kinds of ridiculous questions in a rude manner before letting them in. When we had already told him we were expecting visitors that day. He could’ve asked us what their names were or what they were driving beforehand, but instead he chose to make our guess uncomfortable and not welcome. This is unacceptable for the amount of money we paid to stay at this place. In addition, the day we were going to check out, he was counting towels and chairs at 9am while we were sitting in the living room having a conversation with our guests; we had not told him we were leaving yet. The checkout time was not until 1pm. I know it needs to be done, but not while we are still using the premises. The guy made sure to make us feel unwelcome from beginning to end. What a shame.

loved the Ranch the time we spent in there was amazing , I would love to come back in the future 10000/100 recommend 🤩 Staff are amazing people really humble.
