The only positive pieces of this stay are the following: Pros: Gloria and her husband were incredible - they are the groundskeepers. Super helpful and nice. Every morning they were up cleaning the pool and common areas. They should get a raise. Pool: The pool was beautiful and was well maintained. Beach was very close and walking distance. Cons: The location was in the wilderness and the neighborhood looked like homeless people lived in the area. The house was in a back alley that was dirty and scary. Common area no AC No TVs in any room Bugs in the rooms ex: ants The beds are like sleeping on concrete floor Kitchen was old with old cabinets, sink and countertops. This is why there is no big picture of the kitchen only a small picture. You need to bring your own shampoo & conditioner and vanity amenities. Maybe there were misaligned expectation. This place is used more by locals which makes sense why there are so many positive reviews.

Doña Gloria, don Juaquin and company were very friendly, helpful, polite, and ready to assist with any questions we had. The rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, the a/c and fans worked in all the rooms. The nice part was that the beach was easily accessible and peaceful as well, not overcrowded. It made it real enjoyable. My family and I had a blast. Definitely will look to come back again.

La casa es bastante bonita! y el acceso directo a la playa la hace muchisimo mejor! nos encantó que tuviese tantas habitaciones!
