We just spent two nights in Jan’s home to watch the total eclipse with our two big dogs. Jan was friendly and responsive, and her place is just a total gem. The home is beautifully decorated, the furniture is comfortable and the shower was perfect. Jan was so kind to leave a gift for us and homemade treats for the dogs. We are so grateful for this place after a long drive. Geneva State Park is super close and is absolutely beautiful. It was my first time in Ohio and people were so kind and friendly. We had so much fun! Thank you Jan and family for sharing your piece of heaven with us! We made great memories with our lovely boys!

This was our second stay and again we had a relaxing stay and great time visiting with family. So nice to be able to do so and stay in a really nice place with our dog.

Jan was amazing to speak with and the cottage was so nice. It was clean, cute, and cozy. We brought our dogs, and she had everything you would need for them and more. Most importantly she spoiled them with homemade treats that they loved! We visit Geneva a lot, so the next time we stay the night, we will definitely be booking with her again.

Jan is an amazing host. Always responsive and friendly. The cottage has everything we need including a view of the lake. This is the second year in a row we stayed here and plan on coming back. Our family loves the place and so does our 3 year old boxer who really enjoyed the homemade dog treats! Very dog friendly, Jan worked with us when our schedule changed as well. Each experience with Jan and the cottage has been outstanding.
