L'appartamento di Martine è semplicemente stupendo! C'è tutto il necessario e la vista su Parigi è mozzafiato. Purtroppo non ho avuto il piacere di conoscerla di persona, ma ci siamo sempre sentite via messaggio ed è stata molto cortese nell'essere flessibile e venire incontro alle nostre richieste. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
This was a great Air BnB. It has a great view of Paris and the Eifel Tower. It has charming decor, is close to a couple metro stops, and has good food nearby. Lots to explore within walking distance too!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung von Martine und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal. Der Lift ist ein surplus. Ohne Gepäck schafft man es auch zu Fuss. Die Aussicht in der Wohnung ist phänomenal, das Spiel der Wolken ein Genuss. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch bei "Dam Boutons" mit seinen 24000 Knöpfen, ein Besuch im Museum Montmartre und seinem Garten mit dem Kaffee Renoir. Baguette und Croissant haben wir in der Bäckerei St. Raphaëlle eingekauft und den Spaziergang am Morgen via Sacré Coeur täglich genossen - um 8 Uhr ist es noch nicht overcrowded. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans l'appartement de Martine et nous nous réjouissons de la prochaine fois. L'ascenseur est un surplus. La vue dans l'appartement est phénoménale, le jeu des nuages est un plaisir. Nous recommandons vivement la visite dans le boutique "Dam Boutons" avec ses 24000 boutons, une visite du musée de Montmartre et de son jardin avec le café Renoir.
Great location. Peaceful at night but loads of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Very accessible for the sights of Paris. We walked everywhere. The balcony was an added bonus and we loved looking at the rooftops of Paris and the Eiffel Tower, which was illuminated each night. Would recommend Martine's apartment to anyone visiting Paris.
A beautiful apartment with surprising views of the Eiffel tower, and very close to sacre-cœur. beautiful layout. Everything you need. bathroom was functional, but very small. There were some sheets for the sofa bed, but no cover the right size and no pillow, apart from the sofa pillows. we were delighted to find there were three balcony's, and a gorgeous view of sacre cœur when peering round the corner! two supermarkets very close with a good range, and a lovely friendly boulangerie. The entrance was gorgeous. The elevator is tiny, max 2 person. but does the job. Martine was lovely.

Je suis née à Paris, j'y ai grandi et vécu. Aujourd'hui j'habite en proche banlieue mais je continue à me rendre régulièrement à Paris pour visiter mes amis, voir des expositions,... et continuer (comme un "hobby" aujourd'hui) ce qui fut mon activité professionnelle d'hier : la création de bijoux. J'aime les voyages, les belles choses, et je sais à quel point l'accueil et la bienveillance sont des valeurs que j'ai eu souvent l'occasion d'apprécier tout au long de ma vie. C'est dans cet esprit que j'aimerais pouvoir accueillir des voyageurs partageants ces mêmes valeurs. Mon fils Nicolas, qui habite le quartier de Montmartre depuis 20 ans et qui travaille dans le cinéma, pourrait lui aussi vous accueillir et vous donner des conseils ou quelques bonnes adresses. I was born and grew up in Paris, and lived there for many years. Today I live in one of the nearer suburbs and travel up to Paris regularly to visit friends or go to an exhibition, while carrying on - now more as a hobby - with what was once my main professional activity : creation of jewelry. Objects of beauty and traveling are some of the things that I value most in life. And traveling has given me many opportunities to appreciate the value of a warm welcome and a friendly presence to provide assistance if required. It is in the same spirit that I would like to welcome travelers who also share these values. My son Nicolas living in the Montmartre area for 20 years. He also would be able to extend a warm welcome; and with his knowledge - in a professional capacity - of the film industry and the Parisian scene he is well placed to provide information and advice on what to see and where to go.
