Superb new and modern apartment, located in the heart of the famous Paris Saint-Ouen flea market. This is a 62m2 apartment located on the 2nd floor on the street, with a lift. Residence designed by Sarah Lavoine and Philippe stark. The barely completed construction was operated by the famous BNP real estate group. Warm 3 rooms which consists of : - A cozy living room with convertible sofa bed, armchair and dining table for 4 people, a 65-inch TV - A fully equipped kitchen with major brands (fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine) - A bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a chest of drawers - A second spacious bedroom with double bed (160x200) and wardrobe - A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine - Separate toilets - Sheets and towels provided - Broadband Internet (WiFi).

To be honest, this Airbnb was impeccably clean, comparable to a high-quality hotel. The host was incredibly responsive, and the apartment matched its description perfectly. It's newly built, so everything feels fresh. One downside is the absence of a dishwasher and the neighborhood, which feels unsafe at night. If you're out late, consider taking an Uber or cab instead of public transport. Also, the early checkout at 10:00 is earlier than usual, but the trade-off is not having to clean before departure which is certainly a nice one. Overall, despite the neighborhood, I'm very satisfied with the apartment, host, and service.
