The apartment was nice and in a good location. The communication with Interhome was terrible. We we're attempting to navigate new Covid rules for entry to Switzerland, and they were not responsive or helpful whatsoever. They did not respond to Airbnb communications before or during the stay, and when I called them they would tell me to talk to local office, which I couldn't get a hold of. Once we got in apartment, it didn't have the Airbnb charm factor - we had to take the trash out ourselves, there was no shampoo, there was a coffee machine but no filters, etc. Upon checkout, there was a checklist we had to sign and deliver to their office. All that said, apartment was nice and in good location. Working with Interhome was the problem.
