Some points to note: 1. Confusion from the day of the booking as to whether Interhome were still appointed or whether the owners had terminated them and were going direct on AirBnB 2. Initially no access to the laundry room (no key provided) which isn’t right for a 14 day booking 3. Huge problems with the WiFi…according to Swisscom the previous tenants had removed the router
