房子虽小，但是很干净。做饭也方便，冰箱也有。被子有点旧，但是还是挺干净的。火车站有公交可以到，再走路几分钟，缓坡，还可以接受，到齿轮火车站需要走10分钟左右。

整体入住体验很好，有方便的厨房灶台和微波炉，还有免费的一些小食品，距离车站也不算远，比较推荐来住。

Communication with the landlord was quick and effective, and they responded promptly even when I struggled to find the accommodation late at night. The location of the place was great, close to the train station and within reach of places to see the Golden Horn. However, I felt uncomfortable due to strange smells coming from the sink and bathroom drain when using water. While the corridor smelled nice, upon entering the room, there was a slight odor of cigarettes and sewer, making it difficult to sleep. The soundproofing was also inadequate. Although the space was clean, it didn't feel entirely clean due to the odors, and the space was smaller than expected based on the photos. Nevertheless, it's okay for a solo traveler. Anyway, only the smell issue is addressed, it would be a decent place for a short stay for one person.

Sabi and Esther’s place is really nice and clean. It is as described, and the Main Street is pretty close. If you have a heavy luggage please take the local bus, and do not walk. For me it was a plus to have a small kitchen inside the room, and there was no problem that the bathroom was outside the bedroom because it was not shared. I would definitely recommend their place in the future!

A nice and comfortable place to stay in Zermatt! I was particularly impressed by the good location and the friendly and quick response.
