If you like beautiful and peaceful nature apartment this is the place. Beautiful waterfalls just around the corner. Very kind host with a lot of advice and tips for getting out on the island. You can join ‘community’ dinner and breakfast if you want. I would definitely recommend to do that sometimes. Really good food (also vegetarian if you like). Very nice to meet other guests and staff during a good meal.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jem, au coeur de la nature, entre rivières et montagnes. Nous sommes restés 3 jours sur le site et jusqu'au village voisin. Idéal si on souhaite rester sur place. Nous étions avec 2 enfants de 3 et 9 ans. L'accès en tyrolienne était très ludique et a plu à tout le monde. C est même devenu l'activité d'une après-midi! On a aussi apprécié les soirées avec repas pris avec Jem et les autres voyageurs. Jem est très sympathique, accueillant, on a aimé discuté avec lui. Le logement est rustique, le cadre sympathique, pas très équipé si on veut se faire à manger soi-même, il y avait une petite casserole seulement. On reviendra avec plaisir!

Wow, just an absolute gem of a place! Loved the zip lining to get to the lodge, the food was great, stunning views and amazing hospitality.

Charming outdoorsy place for eco-conscious folks to get away from it all and stay in nature. Jem and Nicole (the hosts) were laid back and happy to gossip candidly about the politics of the Caribbean, and to chat about the human condition until late at night over some rum and Coke. They also helped taxi me around the island and carry my bag over the zip lines when I seriously injured myself hiking. The location isn’t easily accessible from a main town, but that’s part of its charm!
