Jan, the owner, was amazing. Makes the stay worth it. Super friendly and accommodating. Communication between Airbnb and the owners seems to need to be slightly worked on as they just told me to call her as opposed to using the site; but otherwise I had a lovely time

The place was very nice. My friend and I that visited had never been in that part of Seattle but it was pretty calm and quiet. After entry and signing things they gave a little tour of our floor and showed us where the bathrooms, showers, trash cans, fire escape area was, and showed us who/where to put our keys when checking out. They had also gave us a map. The stairs and bed were a little noisier than expected, did not really hear other people when visiting though. The cafe downstairs was very nice and the cat there was very friendly too. We ran into the building owner on our way out and she was very nice, she gave us compliments on our outfits. She responds quickly and checked in with us via text when arriving as our train had been delayed for a very long time. The photo looked different from the room we got but the room was still nice, it was not really hot either when visiting. It was pretty neutral temperature for me so I did not need to cover with extra clothing when there.

Beautiful historic hotel within walking distance of a lot of great Seattle attractions! Felt very at home and comfortable, even with shared bathrooms and fridge (but having a sink in the room is great). Hosts are very accommodating and do what they can to provide advice and get you what you need. Just keep in mind that there are no elevators, and you won't have a key to get into the building itself (but they are very responsive to calls and often have a doorman out front to let in guests).
