Wonderful place to stay, with lovely countryside views beyond the farm fields, and horses and chickens just the other side of the fence. The farmyard noises were absolutely fine, and quite exciting for a toddler, as were the (very quiet) trains we could see passing just below us in the valley. Great walks from your doorstep, and stunning landscapes very nearby, plus it's just a short drive to Abergavenny. We found everything we needed there, and the WiFi was fine. I was expecting it to be patchy from what I'd read, but we had no problems with Netflix one rainy morning. I didn't really need wellies, but walking boots are a must if you want to explore at all - plenty of maps to borrow too. As mentioned in the listing, no big shops super close so take food for the first couple of days, but plenty of supermarkets in town. So much nicer than modern static caravans, this had proper furniture, comfy beds, and a big single bed in the single room, plus plenty of space. Highly recommended!

Liz was amazing at responding to messages and very friendly. The place is like home away from home, had everything we needed and the most beautiful location. Thank you for having us. Really reccomend anyone to stay!

A lovely farm in a beautiful area. The cabin is spacious and comfy and the host extremely nice. We can definitely recommend!

I'm so glad we found Liz's place to stay! We had everything we needed and it was beautiful to overlook green fields and rolling hills, as well as being greeted by farm animals every morning. My toddler loved the horses and just had to speak to the chickens everyday. We were even welcomed with some complimentary eggs from the chickens and some Welsh cakes! It was very cold when we arrived, but we had 3 big electric radiators that warmed everything up - it just took a little while...so wrapping up was essential. We were advised by Liz to bring our wellies and I'm glad we did as there was so much rain that understandably, it was a little boggy. Beds were okay and there were some lovely duvets and blankets, as well as a travel cot that was already set up for us for our 5 month old. Being on a farm and field, there we're some noises during the night from the animals and blustery winds, but this didn't bother us at all. Overall, we loved Treveddw Farm. What a gem! Hope to see you again soon.

This is a great place to come, listen to the birds, look at the views and chill. Also a brilliant place for us to park our motorbikes - out of the weather!
